From memory.... you should have the 90# front springs, they were 80# in 09 and BRP changed that in 2010 , I believe. I would start by keeping everything low/soft, in the front ( I'm not sure what kind of shocks U have ie: 3 pos or HPG 16 clickers ?) I had the strap pulled up 1 hole and adjusted the center to 1/8th preload max, the rear I had soft 6-8 on the clickers and I added the Goodwin extended coupler blocks. This was to eliminate the inside ski lift for cornerburning.... You may not have that due to your gade, longer track less lift in the turns ! I ran the full range of adjustements when troubleshooting for my style ( or lack of style ... LOL ) I even made a custom SS sway bar, then broke my kinks and went back to a GSX sway if I remember right. I even had the sway disconnected at one point and jacked the fr spring pressure way up. But from your post " hard trail " I would think starting low to medium on the settings and address the inside ski lift, once u have it to suit your needs adjust from there. I had issues with my shorty, but eventually got it to stick. My belief is to keep your "roll center" low to the ground. Like I said not sure what you have for shocks & springs. Hope this helps a little.
