still a tad to much snow on the trail for ATV

Got the old Rhino stuck twice tonight. Good thing my neighbor was out doing the same thing and yanked me out with his t-rex. Rhino was buried up to the boards but the t-rex had little problem getting through, even with his wife and kids. I learned my lesson tonight to keep my long strap with so I can winch off it far ahead of me.

Sounds like fun. Some times you hit the bigger snow sections with some speed. Some times you make it. Some times you don't.
Plenty of ruts on the trails for the most part around here.
Nice time of year to ride. No dust. No bugs.

X2 .. I got a good laugh when I saw that UTV- I could see someone was having trouble with the deep ruts and all but when I came around the corner and saw the abandoned UTV , I thought "thats right this is still snowmobile season ... not UTV season even if it is mid April!!
Suppose it was kinda like the UTV we saw on the Alston Trail this winter!

I agree... I had my rzr buried in snow and it was 3 hrs to get out.

try winching where there are no trees and can't get towed either. shoveling was no use, as there was a qtr mile to go.

I had to bury the spare, and hook to that and winch..

I am waiting another week or two, to hit that area again.

crazy deep still in some places, no snow in others...
