Summertime Things to Do

So here's my attempt to wake up the Forum from it's long summer snooze. Summer is moving along faster than an Eight Legged Dog and here in Wisconsin there's a couple of events you may want to circle on your calendar.

Coming up July 23rd through the 29th is the AirVenture Fly-In in Oshkosh. The busiest airport in the world for that week with nearly a million visitors and 10,000 planes of all make and model. As a volunteer on their Transportation team I won't see a lot of the show but I will meet a lot of great people from around the world. Here's a couple of links to see for yourself.

...And after Labor Day the Packers are gearing up for their 100th Season of Football. On September 8th a free concert with the Steve Miller Band. Followed the next day by "duh Bears" and Packers on Sunday Night Football to open their season.

And lastly, if none of the above peaks your interest, in just six short months we'll be into a new season of snowmobiling...so you got that going for ya!

2nd to Hay Days!! I don't know who is looking forward to it more. Me or the kids. They're already counting down the days. Bunch of little snowmobiling addicts.

Good idea Gary trying to resurrect things. JD has been extremely slow this summer. I need something to read & other than here I only like looking at pictures in magazines.
