Very nice job, and a sweet shop you have there the nice thing is when you get that big you never even have to worry about the weight. I did some calculations on what I thought would be the heavy side If the trailer weights 4-5K and 11 sleds weigh 650 LBS each you are just about 12,000 LBS total weight so you could even pull it with a 1 ton if needed. How did it tow fully loaded, also when you have the back section on how are you loading the sleds that ramp must be steep.
Nice Job I love seeing a project like this summer year a guy was posting a trailer build posted a ton of pictures in progress and then never finished of the tread to show the completed project.
Great job I can tell by the color you are a Polaris/Klim Guy
Just kidding
The back of the trailer actually flips up and latches in to the top. It lays down flat and then becomes the floor/deck of the trailer. They drive right up the ramp, but we put some funky ski guides with grip built into them I found on the internet. SnoPro1000 or I will post a picture with the ramp up this weekend. It will make a lot more sense how it works then. You don't even know it back there behind the motorhome. It pulled great.
