Thank you Kip!! and Pats Yamaha!!

Kip and his crew are a wonderful group of guys. I crashed my Apex last week and got it towed to Pats for repair. He got me running within a day!! Oil tank, cooler, hoses, brake caliper, right side plastics, spindle etc....were all destroyed. I thought it was totalled, nope, he got me going and I didnt even have to pay a dime as he was waiting for the insurance adjuster to get the claim ready. He was more interested in getting me up and running! Kip and Pats Yamaha have been the best dealer experience I have ever had. He also got my buddys Arctic Cat repaired while we waited. I know if I ever have a problem with any sled, Skidoo, Yamaha, Arctic Cat or Polaris, Pats can get it done.

I owe a thanks to Pat's too. not sure who i dealt with but i stopped in on Saturday to get a new idler wheel for my 500 xcsp and not only did he grab one for me, he dug through everything he had to find a red one to match my sled. He then proceeded to lend me some tools so I could put it on quick. Couldn't ask for any better service. Thanks again!

Pats Yamaha has won my business over as well! GREAT SERVICE, very accomodating! After contacting Kip, just before they closed last Friday, explained the problem(bearing went out on 08 Nytro), he knew exactly what was wrong, got me in 1st thing the next morning, had her fixed in a few hours!
