The 2017 Polaris lineup? What do you think is needed and what might they do?

You Polaris guys and gals, what do you think will be out in 2017? What do you wish would come out?

I would love to see a new 4S motor in a Switchback Adventure AXYS chassis!

I'd like to see a 4 stroke also! I think they will make the Assault in the Axys chassis with the new 800 motor. I may be in the market this year as I made the mistake of letting my wife ride my Axys half way through our trip last weekend. I had asked her to try it many times, but she always refused. She finally tried it, and I never got to ride it again that trip! I think it will be her sled next year. :)

If you haven't tried an Axys, you really need to.

New race chassis
New 600 to match the 2015 800.
Assault is dead; Replaced by the SKS.
AND.... wait for it...
This is the year Polaris goes back to a traditional tunnel

Any sled with a battery, the ability to light up the gauge without having to start the sled.

Haven't and don't need to try an Axis unless they put a four stroke in it because that's all I will ride. Currently on my sixth.

Why would you want to look at the gauges before starting it?
Stopped trailside, want to check miles, MPG, GPS info, etc. In the garage tinkering, want to get data and reset many things. No need or desire for a motor running. I can do it with a car but not a snowmobile.

I just sold my 08 Apex LTX and will be going back to Poo next year. I'm going to buy a leftover 16 or a new 17 Switchback 600 AXIS. Had Poos for many years and then decided to try the Apex. I liked it but not the weight of it. So my choice will be Poo.

No, just tried of horsing around 740# so I sold it.
I liked the sled and never had any trouble with it in over 8,000 miles.
Started with Evenrude's in the early 70's, then Cat, then Yami's in 79 until I switch to Poo in early 80's, Then back to Yami in 08.
Rode a 2016 Poo, like i want to get, and wow, what a smooth ride. At age 73, this will be my last one.

Would like to see the price drop or at least stay the same on old 600cfi sleds, nothing significantly new here on mid-low end sleds since 2007. Rush and now Axys diff. story.
