Sweet, I was checking it out here also...http://www.gpscity.com/garmin-gpsmap-60csx.html
just wondering. I have Verizon and my Droid 2 has GPS with topo maps, I can set it up to locate other similar Verizon phones. just thinking of the backup possibilities my phone may offer that I may not be aware of yet. I have a Lowrance GPS on my sled, Lowrance web site will sell me topos with points of interest in the snowies for about $5 for each 5sq.miles. kinda pricey. I did just west of Togwotee to just east of Lava Mtn. with a 15 mile wide band between them (60 sq. miles) for $60.00 I suspect Garmin will do this too???? Downside of the Lowrance is touch screen. wiping snow off moves it around. Upside screen is large.

Looks like I need to get a couple ordered up. Every year I think I have everything I need but I always seem to be spending money. Why is that, lol? Ordered a high altitude lighter this morning, new goggles last week, new riding pants before that. Does it ever end?
Have you guys tried the Collett Communicators? We use them out west nice to be able to talk if we need to!
