We were discussing the upcoming snowmobile season when the wife mentioned she really didn't want to chase snow in the H1. She told me it was difficult for her to talk over the stereo which drowns out the engine, transmission and tires. (10 hours of of silence from the wife, that's a problem???) She continued to say that it's noisy and looks like a "red neck vehicle" (maybe because of the hanging ball sack or train horns or maybe the big fat tires or winch).
I explained to her that her Hemi power Jeep just didn't have the suspension or wheelbase to handle our 32' (OAL) enclosed trailer. She brought up ugly and loud a few more times. I made the mistake and didn't have her along when I bought the H, so I have been hearing about it ever since.
I gave in and the H is gone. I just could not justify having it aroud if I wasn't going to tow the trailer.
I guess I'll just have to suffer and make do with what she picked out and bought me:
F350 4x4 Crew Cab King Ranch Edition Diesel 800ft lbs torque, 400hp
Now I got to find the time to get the recommended miles on it (500) before towing.
