Ok John are the Friday and Saturday graphics a April fools joke? If not it's all your fault, just couldn't wait till next season to break in the New tractor. :)

No joke and if I am going to get to break it in, it may as well be with 2 feet +. Bring it! :)

It did arrive and we swapped out the load for the blower. A bit of a learning curve, but I can see it taking less than 5-10 minutes once I get some more practice. The blower is unbelievable! It tossed the slush I was scraping off the drive way 50+ feet.

I cannot even imagine what it will do with powder snow. It also ate right through the 8"+ mat of snow I had at the end of the driveway where the road is.

The heater cranks. I had to turn it way down just to not overheat with only a t shirt and vest on. It will keep me plenty toasty in the dead of winter.

Man-o-man, how wonderful it would have been this past winter and how wonderful it will be for many, many winters to come!

you better make a actual 5 min video of this thing in action this weekend

I'm glad you got the tractor with a blower.
As you stated, now you can blow it into the woods and no more big banks along the driveway.

John,
We were going by on Monday at dinner time and thought about stopping in to say Hi, but I reminded the wife about the new tractor showing up and guy's need to test things out right away...figured you'd be busy! Congrats on the purchase and think of all those hours saved now with the right machine! The only negative is all the neighbors will expect you to blow them out since yours doesn't take that long anymore!!

Getter Dun!!!!

Hi John,
Nice set up you have, you will like it.
I see you have a snow thrower with it and it's the front mounted type, I have a rear mounted, would to change.
How does it attach?
I like the cab you have also, wish I had one of them, I dress in the snow riding gear. Pics please when you get it. Again, nice set up.

The blower is mounted on a carriage that you drive over with the tractor and then use the tractors hydraulics to lift it into place. Pop in 2 pins in the front and one in the back, hook up the drive shaft to the mid-pto and pop the hydraulic lines on (quick snap attach) and off you go! All told, once I am practiced at it, it will take around 10-15 minutes tops to switch out from blower to front end loader- all without any real physical effort on my part. A very sweet system. Deere has a similar setup.

m8man- You are welcome to come on up and check it out when you get back. There will be plenty of snowbanks left to demo the blower on.

Nice tractor John, I am sure your going to love it. And perhaps it was mother natures way of saying about time as well and is going to reward you with 12"+ of concrete. Will be curious as to how well it handles the heavy wet snow.
