They're Shutting it Down

I'm so glad I have puts in McDonald's, Wendy's, and SPY. At least we're making money somewhere as the milk price drops again. Had a great time up at Last Bash radar run at Fortune Bay Casino yesterday with the kids, and let me tell you it didn't affect the turn out at all! I guess us snowmobilers have enough common sense to let everyone else panic.

Told the kids since they were getting a vacation from school that I'm likely giving them the real world experience of running the farm so we can go snowmobiling during the week. If Northern Minnesota gets some more snow it will be really hard to ignore the call.

I have a 19 cubic ft freezer full of hamburger and venison, and my daughter's chickens are laying 10-12 eggs a day. She did not think it was funny when I said I was going to make soup out of the ones that weren't doing their jobs. As to the virus bring it on. It's just a really bad cold for the majority of people. I finally got my hands on a 12 pack of TP so we are good for a couple of weeks on that to.

I agree with you....I also would not be surprised if the Clinton's and the mob went to China with a strain of the regular flu that was Corona variation and did all this with the Chinese because of the tariffs and the dems to ruin the economy since they couldn't get trump impeached....the dems are so corrupt now they will never be back in power until people our age are 80 years old...the regular flu has killed 22,000 people in the last 3 months and nary a word...and miraculously they lost the Epstein tapes....lol....see ya dems ya corrupt mothers....we the majority are not dumb and see thru you

Whoa! LMAO!

CDC announcing now no public gatherings over 50 people until May, and things are going to get a lot worse before they get better....DUH and schools are going to reopen 1st or mid april? yeah right. Along with the virus spreading so will desocialization and escalation of selfishness, which I don't see good coming of either. I have to laugh, Chicago governor blamed the general public for the closing of restaurants and bars that they didn't listen to his order, and in his eyes when the dust is all settled the best thing they could hear is outcry of over reaction from the public because that will mean they did the right thing, I just don't get it.

It is a big deal. By the way, it isn't any 93 seat aircraft. They bring in a Sun Country 737-800 jet aircraft that has 180 seats. …
So I see. My bad.

Seat Guru refused to show me the seat configuration for Sun Country flight 8015 (from CMX-IFP on March 28), but now I find a Sun Country B737-800 configuration with 31 rows of 6 seats = 186 (?) on Seat Guru; maybe they pulled three seats on one side of the aisle to make the 183 seat configuration shown here (from good ol’ Wickedypedia), or maybe deleted an entire row for 180 seats?
SY_Seats_2019.jpg
New Sun Country
all-economy seats
featuring 183 seats on
board. All seats have
in-seat USB power.

In any case, flight# 8015 departing CMX on March 28 is sold outall 180 seats! (One hunnert n’ eighty pax from CMX? :confused2:)

How can you not go crazy when one person with an executive order closes down all bars restaurants in an entire state. Then the same people say the wisconsin primary will be safe to hold, as long as we scrap the need to show your id at the polls. Lol

I'm not a conspiracist and someone had also brought this up on another post but it kind of makes you wonder if there is a underlying agenda to all of this, I hope and pray there isn't but could you imagine if it ever came out that there was?

Well, there are two that I know of - one is fairly practical, slow the spread so the health professionals can handle the panic that the media has driven home.

The second one we are not supposed to discuss here.

I actually thought this could be a drill to expose just how unprepared we are for a real epidemic - but there is no way that is the case.

They want to protect all that toilet paper that they are hoarding. LOL

If people will panic over a virus with a 1% mortality rate (which is mostly elderly), just imagine what they would do with a virus that posed a serious threat, such as a more transmissible form of Ebola. Ebola has mortality rates of 50-90%, depending on the strain and health care available. Most people are panicky herd animals, who can't think for themselves. The MSM and the government told them to be afraid, so they are afraid.

You are 100% correct. This is a big nothing. A media inspired frenzy. I don't know anybody that died of H1N1 and I don't know anybody that died from the swine flue. This the same thing. A big nothing.
