Ya, I sell farm machinery. I have a lot of guys that are still trying to make 1st crop hay. I am so sick of hearing the complaints. But as they say, "rain makes more than it spoils"...... 3 inches last night, 1 1/2 2 days before. It just never ends. Would be nice to get 4-5 dry days in a row......

Seems like when it's dry we're asking for rain and when we get rain, we're asking mother nature to be dry. Just saying....Kinda like a catch 22. I'm guilty of this paradox as well.

sick of mowing the lawn every other day, growing like weeds. And this humidity needs to GO!

just think if this was all snow, we would be getting a storm daily and sometimes twice per day like today, had one around 6am and now another at 6pm. But I would think it would be classified as "cousin squally", Mezz would be be the expert on this...

Just took a drive through the country. The 3 to 5 inches we had overnight tues washed a bunch of roads and new bridges out again. They were all just replaced after the floods of 07 and 08. Amazing the power of water. Took a 50 foot steel and concrete walking bridge that weighs 15,000 pounds and moved it about 800 yards. there are some pictures @ www.hometownargus.com Amazing.

Hot and humid here again this weekend, but I was sure to keep plenty of fluids in me, 12 ounces at a time.

There was a tornado that went thru Ft. Trodd campground near Port Huron Michigan about 2 hours ago. So far the reports are that 4 campers died. So very sad. This is only the end of June and so many tornados all OVER. This is one of the reasons that I do not like summer along with the heat and humidity. Three more months till fall.
