I have been working on my 07 Switchback 600 CFI; not quite as ambitious as Skylar was however. Nice job Skylar. My sled started life with 144"x 1.5" track and extended the track to 151" x 2". I also installed SLP pipe and silencer, SLP air horn intake kit, various other SLP air intake parts to get it to breath easier, lowered the gearing, tweaked the clutch to get it to engage low end quicker (lost top end speed but then again don't need that in the trees). Concern I have is power from the 600 even with the pipe, gearing and clutch modifications, that with longer track now (and heavier it seams) that this will be too much for the engine in the powder. Also, I just finished installing spindles from a 09 RMK and Sly Dog Powderhound skis. Appears my camber is off, based on what my manual says and was wondering if there are any tips on getting the skis back into alignment with out taking it to a shop. Any thoughts on power or camber issues.....
