Throttle pull on Polaris Indy 550 fan

Looking for opinions on the throttle pull on the Polaris 550 fan for wife. She has driven older (2001 to 2006) liquid Polaris 500 and 600 sleds but not the 550 fan. We are looking at 2019 - 2021 550 fans and with lack of snow, its hard to get a test ride in. Wondering if the pull would be easier than what she has been riding.

Thanks for the help

IF the 2019 and later 550 is carbureted, then I would guess the engine has not changed since the 2014 my daughter rides. It is very stiff. I put on a throttle lever from an EVO which is longer and easier to pull, but you loose a bit of top end.

The 550 fan is carburated & may be a stiff pull. There use to be a number of thumb fatigue products out there, don't know if there are anymore. I would suggest that she try using the base of her thumb (close to the hand) once up to cruising speed to depress using a squeeze of the hand rather than depressing solely with the thumb. It does work, especially if your on a long days ride. Just my .02.
