I am not taking any sides on this one, but when I read it I wondered why if you got passed by someone, why not pull over or get over for his buddy to pass? I have been on both sides of the fence, I have had idiots pass me in the stupidest places, it does not happen often, but I get over if there is a faster rider, then I have been behind slower riders that know I am behind them and refuse to get over so it makes it a dangerous situation because now I have to find a spot to pass to catch my buddies.

Just to clarify, these guys weren't part of our group.. the first guy at least, let me know he was behind before he passed.. the second guy came out of nowhere blowing my us at at least 50mph and through a stop sign to catch his buddy.. I wasn't riding with jack Daniels, captain, or wieser.. I was escorting 3 female riders for the weekend. I was last sled and we were maybe 50yds from a stop sign when they did this.. they could've easily waited for the sign to pass us.. a couple years ago, a guy pulled this and hooked my spindle to throw me and my sled completely over in the same area.. so was I pissed when this happened, **** yes.. we caught up to them at next stop sign, got off my sled, and I let the one know it was a jackass move and I'd do it again.. as far as who was with me, it wasn't smith or Wesson, it was a member of an agency that we all know is out there and try to avoid.. I don't like seeing anyone get in trouble out there or in an accident.. it sounds like there's been a fair share of fatality etc already around there.. it wasn't trail rage, I had an opportunity to say something and I did.. I walked away to avoid it getting worse.. those types of riders all always going to be out there.. but they can be a statistic on their own and not take other riders out..

Lol Good 1.....Again get over it you are going to get passed & as you said you wrapped up the confrontation before it got worse & it would have... so stay on your sled enjoy the ride. You keep up trail confrontations someone will punch your lights out don't be foolish. Been there done that in a nice way with trail blockers & all I got for my trouble was more severe blocking. Waste of time just ride.

While i appreciate your advice, ill determine when i feel its necessary for me to confront someone when it comes to mine or those around me safety.. i got my point across and walked away. This was a rare occurrence and not something i looked for.. you can pass me all day long, just be courteous.. i woulda been more entertaining to let the girls loose on them..

Have at it you will learn does not work... better off blowing it off as ezra said keep the fun factor intact & blood pressure down.Lots of stuff happens out there just ride & enjoy the good stuff don't let that kind of stuff get to you. :)
