I hope I explain this the correct way... One of the spark plugs in my 1999 Polaris Classic Touring was stuck in the receiver as I tried to wiggle it out, the plastic shaft snapped do to what i am guessing as dry rot, which has left just the medal piece to be stuck up in the rubber gasket... Is there any way to get it out of there or will i have to replace the wiring?

If any more clarification is needed please let me know.

i've tried getting it out with a needle nose, but ruined it and just ended up getting a new one. They're cheap and you can actually get them at fleet farm.

If just the tip of the plug is stuck in the cap you should be able to screw in a new plug into the cap, after you remove the tip on the new plug, then pull it out. Otherwise just unscrew the plug cap from the wire and replace the cap. The new caps run about 3 bucks.

Any dealer, maybe NAPA... Dennis Kirk or MFG Supply or any of the fine advertisers on this site. Thread a long skinny screw like a drywall screw into the terminal post that got jammed and yank it out....

I'm guessing it's NGK plugs, I had it happen on an xlt, they just wiggled and wobbled until the threads hollowed out and got stuck in the cap on the side off the trail..
