It is a drive on track system for you truck created by AD Boivin. Looks pretty cool.

I wish they would show a little more detail HOW it works. If the tires are driving on top of the track like it looks, you would go backward in drive and forward in reverse. But you can see wheels go forward, truck goes forward.

There has to be a set of rollers between the tire and the track to get the track turning with the truck tires turning forward as in the video.
