I have a 96 polaris ultra long track, looking to replace the track due to wear, tears, and stud pull throughs. The size it can with was a 133.5, will a 136 fit ok?? Any input would be great.
Bottome line: You won't be able to tighten the track properly if you get a 136" for that 133.5" suspension without some sort of modification.
you might be able to move the skid back 1"
You would need more mods then would be worth doing. First call up tracksusa, and tell them what your looking for and maybe they can point you in the right direction. Also try kenssports they carry alot of tracks at prices about the same as tracksusa. http://www.kenssportspolarisparts.com/Thanx for the input. The problem is that Tracksusa and Dennis kirk don't list a 133.5 track?? Haven't checked Camoplast or the dealer. The difference in size from a 133.5 to a 136 is 2.5 inches, will just changing rear idlers on the very back of the suspension be enough??
