It usually is blank for a bit and then refreshes and shows correctly

I can't get this cam to re-fresh by just "right clicking" as it says under the picture. Seems like the first image I get is loaded into my machines memory. If I totally exit the site and come back I get a new view, but if I just go to a different cam and then come back it's the same image as I had before. Any suggestions?

Which way is the camera pointing?? As if you are heading north on the trail or south?? And its just east of Hwy 41??
