Tunnel and Rail Extension

I have a 2010 600 IQ shift with a 121" track. All the guys I ride with have 144" tracks so I need to go longer. A new sled is not a possibility this year, so I would like to extend the rails and tunnel and go to the 144'' track, probably the cobra with a 1.35'' lug.

Has anyone done this? any opinions or suggestions?

the mistake u are making is you are trying to slap a trail track on a boondocker project.
u need to decide do i want this thing to work better on the trail or in the woods.
1.75 is the min track I would go with then dump the sway bar u may find a switchback skid or rmk skid over on sno west I would start buy looking there for a parted rmk buy the rear tunnel gears skid and track.
