Turkey Hunting

My son shot his bird yesterday - 10 inch beard & 23 lbs. We saw it and he stalked it and shot it at 15 yards. I'm veryproud of him.

That's because he learned from an old infantyman (me) & his grandpa who can literally disappear in the woods.

I could knock one in the head with my truck door 5 out of 7 days. they are all over the west metro of MN now days, in my back yard on the highway walking down the street.I went 35 yrs with never seeing one now they are all over the city kinda strange see more toms than deer less than 5 min out of minneapolis.
