I have been looking for an '81 El tigre 6000 for sometime now, and finally found one. Growing up we had one in the family and was a big part of my introduction to the sport. After getting it home I couldn't wait to park it next to the 2012 F1100 50th. WOW,what a difference thirty-one years makes....

but both are still a balst to ride.nice stable think you need to add a free air twin plug to round out the el tigre fleet

Very cool, my fist sled that I bought with my own money was a used 79 El'Tigre, my fist trip "up nort", Presque Isle, Wi was on that sled. Great memories for sure, thaks for sharing!
