Not boosted,Its got enough balls for old guy. I like to put gas in and go,no wrenching after every ride . Its heavy for me,might have to make up a portable winch. not near as warm a sled as my Rage ! Hope we get enough snow so I dont ruin the track ! hot dogs are fine with some xtra hot horsey sauce and some hot glug !

Cool sled Ubee!!!!!!!!! :) Your on let's ride the swamps but you 1st to break trail for my Attak beastie. How high is the track? Might pose some trail problems if too high. Skip welded his track to the rails in some dry stuff with Moutain Apex on skimpy trails. Did you keep the Vector for your woman?

Hey Ubee, just wanted to throw this out there, not to be a hater. Last season, I rode with three other Yammy's, we had one go down, not in our group, but a close friend to the guys I was riding with. The bearing on the crankshaft on the secondary side, thats pressed in right behind the secondary, the bearings were gone and only the races were left. It took us close to 6 1/2 hours to get the races out to put the new bearing in. After doing that repair, all the other guys riding Yammy's checked that bearing and all of showed the wear, one of the guys knew about it and changed it already. Just a fyi, I guess that bearings been a bad egg for long time. No different than me going thru 3 set of plug wires because they wear thru on rubbing the steeering shaft, duh Arctic Cat!!

I do have to agree on just putting in gas and going. I was so close to pulling the trigger on a 09 Nytro XTX last season before buying my Cat.

Frosty you are supposed to grease that bearing.lol I have Pat's greasing mine every year & 7000+ miles no problems. My bud's went out on his Rage 5000ish miles & we learned to grease same as your group.

Whitedust, I didn't see a zerk fitting to grease it. On my buddies's Yammys, it was a sealed bearing, but they are 07-08's I think.

Frosty No zerk I think they check it inject some grease & put it back. Whatever they do Kip says it is good after checking & still under warranty so he could replace no pain for either of us. If cleaning clutches might as well take a look. I ride alone a lot so always have Kip check the items we know might wear.
