underglow. new trend?

im not sure about you guys but i saw more sleds with underglow on them then i have ever seen before. in fact i think i can only recall ever seeing it once or twice before. this year i saw dozens of sleds all lit up. this a new trend im not aware of? spinner idler wheels next?

Ehhnnn, yeah, not a fan myself, but to each their own I guess. It's becoming popular in most everything, bikes, vehicles etc....I think it's illegal to illuminate anything with underglow, unless the vehicle is sitting still. Rec vehicles may differ....

I don't think it's anything new, just led's are pretty cheap now.

I did my '09 Nytro. Fun little project for under $150. Liked having little extra light (safety) when pulled to side trail or at intersection.
Never got pulled over running with them at night.

I have them at the seam of my windshield and hood looks Sweet and lights up my guages

They look cool on some sleds. Buddy had them on his. One significant problem is that the ones he had for under the running boards came off after a few rides.
