I will admit is was a shame how they handled the incident with their water a few years ago. I think they panicked and didn't know what to do. Kicking everyone out of the hotel in a blizzard and not telling them why was surely not the thing to do. In fact, making folks leave was more dangerous then letting them stay. They could of said just don't use the water.
