It didn't get as warm as predicted yesterday...and I woke up today to an inch of fresh snow and 20 Degrees today.....weird weather...Spoke with several riders the last two days..all said the wooded areas were still good...(getting there was getting harder, but they were ditch banging to get around the bad areas on the grade)
The snowmobile club (Northwoods Passage) is going to leave the barrels on the lakes for now, as there is still a lot of snow and ice on the lakes, so folks itching to ride can come up, unload and go hit the lake....it's still supposed to get warm later this week (in the 40's)...but it's still ride able here at this point... late season riding conditions (not pristine..but certainly do able)...still lots of snow in the woods and on the lakes....Oneida County is still open....if that changes I will let you know.
