Vansville bar closing

I just read an article that Jerry is closing the bar and donated the dollars posted on the wall to Keweenaw snowmobile club. I guess it came to just over $1500. Does anyone know if he sold the bar and will it be open this winter? Very nice gesture of him to give the money to the club they can use it with trying to get the groomer barn finished.

I heard the Cliffview Bar owners bought the place and are gonna do some renovations to it.

I don't know if that is true as to who bought it. But I have from a reliable sources is has changed hands.
