I recently had a problem with an FXR dealer about getting a pair of gloves. The gloves did not come in for over a month and i was starting to get really upset with the dealer. I made one phone call to FXR customer support center to tell them what my problem was and they told me they would call me right back. FXR actually did call me right back within a half hour. FXR handled this situation extremely well by getting me what i wanted and made me become a life long customer to a company with such excellent customer service. Thank You FXR
