Vikings vs Packers

Obviously living in WI and being a Packers fan, Im not at all a fan of the Vikings, but after seeing the way the Philly people treated the Vikings fans walking to the game, I hope the Pats beat the crap out of the Eagles. Unreal, throwing full beers at them just walking on the sidewalk. Scumbags.

Why would anyone waste good beer on them??? It must have been PBR???

You should have put your hunge down in August. The payoff would have been better. Everybody should have known it was going to be the Pats vs ..........whoever. Makes no difference. The Pats committed one penalty vs the Jags. Really now.

Listened to the 1st game on the radio yesterday but it sounded like the only way the pats scored was with official help.

Jaguars got what they had coming to them. They choked. They talked all sorts of mad game before the game about how they were going to shut Brady down and win. They had New England on the ropes midway thru the fourth quarter up 20-10 with the Pats facing 3 and 18 and they let Brady complete a first down then march down to score? Cmon where's your vaunted defense you been talking smack about for the past week?
Then the play calls were so conservative in the 4th quarter it played right into the Patriots hands and they went out and did what they do win the game. The offensive play calls were nothing like what they did in the first half. Jags got no one to blame but themselves. And the Pats did all this with a couple of small white WR's and no Gronk.
Jags are pretenders.

Yes it is amazing how Brady was able to hit the third and eighteen. And it was amazing the way he was able to get them all the way back in the fourth. But what was really amazing that there were no holding calls on the Pats O-line so Brady had time to do all that. Don't need Gronk when you have the refs.

Just watched the highlights. The penalties that allowed the Pats to score before the 1/2 were absolute horseshat.... Unecessary ruffness??LMAO!...The big dope Gronk injured himself as the defender did all he could to turn away and avoid helmet to helmet.....he surely could have done way more damage on the big dope alla Devante Adams game ending hit.
Then on the next play, PI is called as the receiver and defender are running the sideline, neither looks back and the ball lands easily 5 yards off the sideline and another 5 yards downfield!! uncatchable....Grub is right.

I look at this a bit differently. Jags D is very good but they were facing arguably the best coach in the modern era and not arguably the BEST QB in the modern era. Just too good. Don't want to like either of them, but they are the best, particularly Brady.
That coach has the rare and exceptional ability to get everybody to play with intensity, focus, and to some degree above their talent level, at critical moments. I'm envious.

Well I disagree wholeheartedly.
The hit to Gronks head in an unsportsmanlike 15 yard penalty all day. Don't know what you're looking at defender led with his head went airborn and nailed Gronk in the melon. That's been a penalty for years now. On a side note how do you know when Gronk is concussed or Gronk is just Gronk? LOL.
Were the Jags in on the take also,,,, with the 2 runs and a pass play calling their last four possessions?? Play to win the game not to lose.

Yup this is the same league that suspended the face of the league for balls that got a deflated in cold weather by a 16th of a fraction on an ounce is now the same league that just sent him to his 10th SB? Cmon man....

Defenders are paid to hit the receiver at the moment the ball arrives to either tackle or even better shake the ball loose. Gronk is a moose...that's what makes him great...a 180# defender better "bring it" to have a chance

This league is getting totally effed up.... these pitty pat instances just make it easier to sway the outcome.
