Good news! Groomers will be heading out for the first time later today!

Please use caution when riding you may come across wet areas where groomers have broken through the ice.

That’s great news! Did you guys get hammered overnight? We got 7” and still snowing strong in Greenland/Mass City area.

Groomers will head out today and probably on Friday. They're still not on a regular grooming schedule because Watersmeet has just been on the southern end for the Lake Effect and have only received a couple inches. The word from riders is the trails are riding good

Trails are in good shape we still have some icy corners so use caution. We are going to have warm temps today but the trails should hold up. Groomers probably won't run tonight but they will resume Thursday

Trail 2 east of Watersmeet - to the 107 - good but thin in areas with some rock mixed
Trail 3 south of Watersmeet to WI - good -this trail gets tons of traffic and it gets rough between groomings use caution over the bridges
Trail 3 north of trail 2 to bond falls - good with icy corners
Trail 3 north of Bond falls - good with icy corners
Trail 2 west of Watersmeet- good few areas thin with rocks mixed
Trail 13 south of trail 2 - good with icy corners

Groomers ran the whole trail system Friday March 2 and will not be running again until we get more snow (which isn't looking good). Our trail conditions range from good to poor call it "end of the season conditions" Everything is rideable and the trails are open until March 31 we just don't have enough snow to keep grooming at this time.

Trail 2 east of Watersmeet - to trail 107 - Fair/good - snirty/dirty as you leave watersmeet
Trail 3 north of trail 2 to bond falls - fair - roadside section right as you turn off trail 2 is bare, the rest of the trail has icy areas and icy/dirty corners with long good areas in between
Trail 3 north of Bond falls - good - icy corners rest is good
Trail 3 south of Watersmeet to WI - good -this trail gets tons of traffic and it gets rough between groomings use caution over the bridges
Trail 2 west of Watersmeet - good - holding up much better than you'd think, there is a wet area about 20miles west of Watersmeet where water is on the trail there are signs so please use caution
Trail 13 south of trail 2 - good - icy/dirty corners

Trails are better than I thought put on over 100 miles around the Watersmeet and Iron River trails and they were very good. Just a few icy and thin corners

so its rideable from lando up to watermeet, east to 107 up to kenton? We want to take that route and take 109 up twin lakes and back if the trails are passable. avoiding bruce crossing

Yes I do think you can do this ride, just make the best of the short bad spots. Road area at Kenton will be the worst, maybe take 2 east to 15N to sidnaw that how we were going to go but had a sled problem, 2 east was great!
