Hey all, thanks for all the great responses!!! I'll pass on all the "thank yous" It is a pretty neat feeling. It's neat how they make our entire family part of "The family" of the corps.

Three of my brother-in-laws are retired from the, Air Force, Navy and Marines. My nephew/godson graduated from San Diego in November for the Marines. He is now in Floriday continuing his training. He loves being a Marine! Two of my sister-in-laws are retired from the Army and one is still in the Air Force. She has made it her career and has been in for 20+ years! All except for my nephew have been around the world and taken tours in Desert Storm and Iraq. My nephew is hoping he can go to Afghanastan in his near future. Myself along with the rest of my family are proud to be a "military family" and every chance we get we say THANK YOU!! to any military personnel we see. To all of you serving our great country....THANK YOU!!!

congrats tell him to look seriously in to flying drones.huge money in it as a contractor when he finished his tour.not in just war zones but all over the world.can be pulling down close to 300k with no tax in less than 5yrs from now.

you still have to pay taxes, anything over 92K.
