Another early season ending. This year I only ride a few times but did have a great time with good friends. Did most of you have decent rides this season?
I certainly made the most of this season. 1800 miles and many smiles. You've gotta go when/where the snow is good. MLK and Superbowl weekend were both great in Northern Wisconsin.
I even made it up North of Houghton for the first time ever. While you can always have more snow, no complaints from me this year.

I was waiting a day or two so I could check conditions, but I was going to reach out to you and see if you wanted to ride on Monday. Guess I'm too late unless you're just talking in general terms and not saying you're done yet
The least amount of miles I put in since I have been snowmobiling. But that isn't completely fair. I travel for work, and most of Jan I was gone. Tough to leave on the weekend when you have been gone all week and expect to come home to a happy wife. Then, son is in basketball and most weekends a tourney. Then when we could go, not good snow, or all in one spot and didn't want to start a newbie in super high traffic. So it just didn't line up this year. No biggie - much worse things in life.

Feeling shut out as you turned me down every time I asked you to ride Lenny! Is it because I had you hitting a tree on video a couple years back? Because I tell your wife all the good things you say about her? Is it my lack of hygene?

Gary, vintage ride is Saturday so I'm riding than. Friends coming up tonight so maybe ride Monday?

Being we pretty much had zilch for snow down here all winter I only got to ride the week I saw you in Pat's right after the Superbowl. Fortunately we hit it perfect, it snowed over 20" that week. We had a rookie rider with us but we still managed to get 763 trouble free miles on. I would have loved to rode more this winter but at least I did get some.
two trips 8 days so about 35 miles a day - all woods though, all good- Lenny, my son and I had open fire lunch "lenny's last ride style" in the woods on march 5th- I would have got you to light it but I heard you were out of town. holding out for a big spring storm and the return of Lenny's last ride day-sleds are on the trailer......

Been busy with construction work and other things. Only rode the sled a few times this season.
I had a good season, managed to get 5 (ish) trips in and log just under 1500 miles (was shooting for 2000). Went to Gogebic on Dec. 16th for three days and rode up to Houghton and all over, a fun trip. Hit my cabin in Hayward with my boys over Christmas break, not much snow so we four wheeled on the lakes and did some sleddin with my oldest son. Went back up to Mass City with Polaris Dan for several days, excellent riding and great snow. Over MLK went on annual big group trip to Minocqua, trails were great and had a lot of fun. Hit Mercer for last trip before Presidents day weekend and ride til the trails wouldn't let us. Would love one more trip but highly doubt that's gonna happen. Passed 7400 trouble free miles on my 2012 800 cat.
