Well, last couple days in Ironwood/Hurley it has been in 30's and, we are losing some snow. Hopefully, we get more soon. I rode from Ironwood to Saxon Monday Night and took a ride out on Trail 160 yesterday. Not bad. Going to ride all weekend. But, we need more snow ! As you ride send out reports please !

Just took a quick ride on Trail 2 to Bessemer and back to Ironwood. Not to bad but, we will see by Sunday with heavy traffic and, if we get no snow. Will drive the Wisconsin trails tonight.

Well it appears that " snow-plowman " can't handle it either. And look the grass is greener on the other side. It poured rain down here yesterday evening for about 4-5 hours. What little snow we get is usually gone within days .

Wow your snow plow driver may need glasses, or lay off the sauce.

There's a guy over here that does the same thing. Plows when there's an inch or so. I think they must be desperate.

Rode Wisconsin Trail 17 to 15 to 8 to 77 last night. (a loop). Trails were not bad. Decided to go into Michigan to Wakefield and back to Ironwood. The trail 2 between Bessemer and Wakefield was horrible and, very bumpy along with brown snow. Got to Bingos on the other side of Wakefield and they were closed !!! Headed back to Ironwood. Ride was so bumpy, my lower back is in severe pain. I hope I might feel good enough to ride tomorrow. If we don't get any snow this weekend, I hate to see the trails Monday morning. There is about 14" on ground now. (except trails)

Perhaps some one will post some actual trail reports after their ride. You might stop at the Pit Stop in Bessemer as some sledders there might have come that way. I know Thursday night the stretch between Bessemer and Wakefield was horrible. My lower back is still in pain and, I have not been able to ride again because of it yet. Perhaps tonight or, tomorrow.
