What 2019 Model Did You Buy?

Not many responses, either people are offline for the summer or people are keeping what they have.
Polaris closed out 19 pre-orders last week and Doo the end of this week.

I did something I have not done in 10 years, I bought a leftover at the end of the season (last fall I bought a leftover 17 in October) from this years stock (18 850 Renegade) and plan to keep it all summer. it is an experiment to see if it was better to buy a leftover at end of season or pre-season. I can't imagine this sled being cheaper in the fall or even if there will be any available.
Strangely enough, I also was able to ride the U.P. last say of March (never did that before) and on my local property April 4, 2018 as we had 8 inches in Green Bay yesterday.

I didn’t expect big numbers either but had to ask. Trails went to crap in Vilas in early March so I power washed my sled and stored. Last week or so we had 14 inches of snow in Phelps with trails closed I didn’t bother to post snowfall. My last ride late February was a great ride with buds we did a 250 mile Rounder from Phelps and it had to be in the 40s and sunny. After we split and all headed home I had to ride thru mud trails on 17 due to logging. Getting zapped by April snow I can’t help but wonder why this pattern didn’t set up in February or March? It’s suposed to be in the 50s probably won’t reach a high of 30 but the sun is super hot. There’s too much inventory out there all brands and no sneak peek marketing for all OEMs anywhere up North so I really couldn’t do the Wausau show as I usually do. I won’t buy what I can’t see , touch and feel so I really wonder about future sales of all sleds. I sure hope things change but I’m not sure it will?

"The pattern", that was my same thought yesterday as I snow blowed 8 inches in Green Bay on April 4, 2018. I thought why the heck was there no snow in February in my area and now we have it when the average daily high should be 49.
Oh well, averages are for temps and patterns..lol.

Pol dealers in this area only allowed a limited number of 850's. They are all spoken for. Also a few Pol Evos spoken for. Arctic Cat buddies buying holdovers. Of which there are many choices. The big lot in TRF is filling up with returns again. 1 year of Textron and not much has changed. However you can't just flip a switch. We will see i suppose. Would not surprise me at all if they just turned the TRF factory into a Stampede assembly factory. Not many Skidoos around here and I have one of the very few Yammis in the area. Pol dealer still has some 16s new in crate to get rid of.

Pol programs are lame this year as they are trying to sell the same 2017 sleds today for more than the same 2017 sled was one year ago (I/E; 2017 600 manual XCR for $8k April 2017, today same sled $8,400 ), what sense does this make?
I guess sleds are appreciating now?

I really like the look of that sled slimcake. I am hoping that 850 lives up to its hype...which i am assuming it will. Hopefully next year I will be upgrading to the 850 Assault!
