I'm always ready. And think about it 365 days a year.
Really looking forward to this year. New job, no on call for plowing. Be able to make plans for trips and not have to cancel out, or leave early.

While its hard to get too excited for something that is AT LEAST 3-4 months away, it is always on my mind. I roll the sleds out and fire them up every other week all summer long, just to get that 2-stroke smoke fix! (I know, I could run other toys/tools, but none of them get the blood flowing like a sled on the stand!).

Yesterday, I took just my 3rd day of PTO since March 3rd - the stock pile is growing!

Yep we'll make it happen.
Last year I was up with Harski and Joe (at adventure) for 4 days, Was suppose to stay for week and hook up with my regular crew on Friday for 3 more days of off trail.
But on Tuesday a snow event came into the cities and I had to come home. This coming season nothing to worry about canceling plans.
Like to see 3,000 miles this year. Been quite a few years since I've logged that kind of miles.
Been around 2000 mile average last 5 or so years.
Of course been more off trail and don't get the high mileage days on the back country.
