What is the going labor rate for building a pole barn?

Having a new shed built. 40x64 with 12' sidewalls.
3 Overhead doors
3 service doors
Shingled roof
5' Porch on the corner 12' down each side

I built my last barn myself, but I don't have the time or energy to build this one.

I have the materials cost. What is the going rate per square foot for labor? Anyone have an idea?

I dont build poll barns but in the MN metro my cheapest skilled sub is 25bucks a hr highest $65

I have builders in GR who will give you a price if you want one.

i don't have an answer for you but i am curious why you are going with a shingled roof instead of a tin/steel roof?

are you cementing the inside?

remember bigger is always better :)

Yes, I have a guy to do the cement work.

I have a metal roof on my current barn, and just don't like it at all. Noise,condensation etc....
