Gary, thank you, but here is weird for you. I can log in on my PC (at work) but my android smart phone is not accepting my log in credentials. Any idea what I need to do to resolve that issue? Thank you.
No, I can't help you there. If you have a local carrier, I'd stop in and ask them. Most are pretty good at fixes like that.

I sent you an email. I'm pretty sure this is unique only to your phone. I haven't heard of this from any others. As I understand it, the Server at this end can't tell the difference between your work p.c. and your phone, only the user id and your password. You probably already have but I'd check again for the spelling, upper and lower case, etc.

Double check username?

First letter of password supposed to be upper or lower case? Sometimes the device does its own case on the first letter.

User name & password are correct, I am able to log in on any of my PC's. On my phone, I keep getting a message "Error: The password yo entered for the user name Mezz is incorrect. Lost your password?" When I select Forgot my password, I keep getting the message above. Perhaps a password reset is in order on the administrators end? I have cleared my cache & browsing history & no change. Even though I don't use my phone a lot for surfing the net, it is convenient, nonetheless it is frustrating.....

Still having troubles, huh? Send me an email if you want to try a reset or we can delete your account and start over.
