when does ecu need to be plugged in on 2006 crossfire

i am going to run 89 (ethanol) in my 2006 crossfire 700.. what fuel ratings does the ecu need to be plugged in at???

if stock she runs pig fat every place but when the power valves open keep it unplugged all the time.it will be fine even with light porting the only place I add fuel is in the mid around valve opening ecu unplugged 87octane

Is the sled a 600 or 700? Because the 600 requires only 87 octane and the ecu connection
unplugged when using fuel with an ethanol content greater than 10%.
