Where do you eat your lunch?

I'm not sure the best place to post this on the forum, it did make me smile when I saw it, so here goes. This is a video which contains a very famous photo of the men that built the Empire State building. The photo is of the group enjoying their lunch break and I'll let the video tell their story. The thing that made me chuckle was the guy on the far right with the empty pint bottle!!! Now mind you, this is long before OSHA came along but still I'd just as soon not be working around that guy after lunch. Here's the video, I hope you enjoy it and maybe you'll get a smile. 400 days and over 3000 people to build it, I wonder how long it would take now? 5 people did die and they also had 1 suicide.

could you imagine the fines OSHA would hand out if they showed up and seen folks working that way today LOL
everyone in the pic would end up getting fired too LOL


amazing how things yrs back were built without so much modern tech to do things, and the risks they took my Hats off to all them hard working folks back then
