Where to buy a seat jack

Yea I know what you mean. Been looking for one for a doo and man they are salty. Someone on here sugested that I look for a GSX seat for mine but having a hard time finding one of those also. I don't know for sure on yammy's but I was told that on doo's if you find one cheap make sure all the brackets are with it cuz to find brackets will really cost out the but.

Not a seat jack but looks nice and less expensiveness too.

Seat Jack? this must be slang?? Why would you want to jack up a seat? Do You mean a "two up, setup"?

I'm in the same situation. My son has his own sled but he is not old enough to trail ride yet. The universal two up seat looks like it could work on my wife's 03 Classic and it's cheaper than buying a 2-up.

You could buy a beater sled for $600. That is alot of money.

Forgot about the pipe being out the back on those. But I'm not sure that would be a problem there is no bottom part to the back rest. What might be a problem is the add on seat pad. It is more set up for the older style sleds. I saw the universal on two 02 MXZ-ZX's in South Bend Indian last year.

Sighlightseal (Chris) Not sure if you were looking for a Seat Jack, but I have one exactly like the picture I used on a 98 XLT Classic. Also been on an older XLT as well. Let me know, I work in Aurora, no problem showing it to you.

Chris...There are 2 brackets that bolt to the top of the tunnel that have channels sticking out from under the sled's seat. You just slide the seat jack into those channels and tighten the 4 "thumb" screws. Seat Jack doesn't have to stay on there all the time, just the 2 brackets. Cover fits no problem. I think they said it is rated for 175 lbs, but I sat on it and let the daughter drive.
It is for sale. Looking to get $225-$250 for it. Brand new a few years ago was over $300. I will try to get pictures and post in classifieds.

landoman, you totally lost me. An extra sled in the garage (that gets rode)is way better than some butt ugly seat bolt on. Riding without a passenger is way better for both the rider and passenger. Who wants to be a rider? How old is the passenger? What expense? oil? gas? insurance is not required in MI. FUN= priceless. This is a once and done deal. no figuring it out and redo's. yea! kinda deep huh?
I don't need another sled in the garage - believe me. I am one also that will not ride without insurance on the sled. That topic has been discussed pretty in depth last year...
My son is 5 and he is the rider. We do have a Yamaha Bravo that is ready for him this year and he will ride that on the property, but for trail riding, he is too tall to be in front of me. Thus the seat jack.
I have done my research and it is a quality product in my opinion. I was merely looking for others input as to where to purchase and if they had gotten a deal or not.
As far as ugly?? I don't think it will look any worse than any other 2 up.

Landoman my son is 10 and he also has a Bravo that he rides out at a friends farm. Obviously he is not old enough to ride the trails but he loves to ride so this seems like the perfect solution for him to get out with us. I agree with you I don't think it looks any uglier than a 2-up.
