When was the last time you had a whiteout in your neck of the woods?

When I used to do my taxes by myself with a pen.
I used "white-out" to fix the mistakes,...er,...to,...correct things,....
Seriously though,...I do believe back in 05 or 06 when the antique ride was
just starting up (it was held at the hilltop I believe back then not Copper Harbor),....
We were pushing snow all the way home from Houghton to Peshtigo. I think
We left at 8am and got home around 2 or 3 pm! what usually is a 3 or so hour drive
sure took awhile. It was so bad and so deep when I got home,... I had to "aim"
for the garage door to make sure I was "lined up" with the driveway and not go in
the ditch. Had it in 4 wheel drive and "punched it!" I literally had to have the Wifey
come out and shovel a bit away from the door so I could open it!!!!!
THAT was Epic!
Ahhhhh The days!
But when it gets like the picture HardWater posted up earlier,... it is scary.
We were headed back from Twin Lakes one year and it was so bad,... you
couldn't see the trail. It's like Captain Kirk,...WARP DRIVE SCOTTIE!!!!
(now I just smell white out)
ugh.
