Whose making the trip north over the holidays

Headed to our MN cabin

Arrive on the 26th, depart the evening of the first.

It's been a thin on snow, but I heard they got 7" yesterday. Here's hoping for more!

If not, I might have to take a side trip to get to the deeper stuff.

I'm heading up to Ontonagon christmas eve and will be heading back to Appleton late Sunday. Unfortunately I'm going up to put the 136 and rail/tunnel extensions on the "vintage mod" XLV Christmas day.. Soooo if you see this thing bombin around the horn Sunday, flag me down! I'll be riding solo and have a red and black yamaha helmet and jacket.

Heading up to Hurley/Ironwood area X-mas eve through Monday (there will be a lot of family stuff going on, so hoping to get a at least a small 50-75 mile ride in over the weekend to shakedown the new sled-no guarantees though. I suppose since it is Christmas I should try to spend a little time with the family, but I'm gonna be chompin' at the bit with the good conditions). Than it's head back home for a week or so, and back up again for a guys weekend 1/6-1/10. It's time to ride!!!!!

Gogebic , leaving 6:00 AM on the 25th - 1st. One year we had 22, a few dropped out this year for MX in New Mexico ??? or other reasons. Rented 1 from Marlin @ Timberline, good thing to see he's not mad about last year & the year before and ect....
I can see it now, he's saying ( $%#@% ) mjk's kids are coming up here again, better get the micro fiche booted up, we going to be busy....

The cabin doesn't have enough snow yet to ride so instead of heading to the UP (Twin Lakes Area) again, going to try Northern MN, Tower/Crane Lake area. Leaving on the 28-2. Something different. Should be interesting. Can't wait.

Heading to Calumet on the 27th and staying through the 2nd. We will have kids and some newbies with us so if you get stuck behind us, I want to apologize now. We will do our best to let you all pass as quick as we can.

8 of us heading up to Kemosabee in Wetmore Dec. 26th for the week. Trail 8 was bumpy today, wait until next week!!

Three Lakes on the 26th to the 29th, then meeting about 23 friends in Watersmeet until the 2nd. Ringing in the New Year at Chucks Rusty Nail in Land o lakes. Let it snow, let it snow. Merry Christmas to all!

I wish! I have to work NYE from 9-8, Brian is off until the 3rd. It was a very last minute trip because he can't make it to the Ride In. :( I've never driven with a trailer and sled for 9 hours or I'd go by myself (February 4 is my birthday).

i like what i see here, we are leaving fri. 31st and staying til wed. the 5th. from what it looks like most people are leaving sunday. the trails should be awesome sun. thru wed. cant fricken wait , if johns forecast is wrong that is. reminds me of camping and staying an extra day and having a beer (or 3) and watching everyone leave. btw all the forecasts are not looking that bad , kinda borderline rain/ freezing rain/ snow . keep your fingers crossed.
