Hi again John and thank you for answering my previous post. Now I know what to get excited about. Does the NWS keep track of wind chill #s for specific towns or areas? I used to know a person that worked at a radio station in Langdon, ND that insisted that Hallock,MN consistently had the lowest windchills day after day than anywhere else in the lower 48 states. Would you have any knowledge of this? Thanks.

Thomas-

I do not know of any "official" rankings for windchill done by the NWS. However, if I were to pick a spot in the lower 48, it would be in the ND/MN area. They both see some pretty cold temps and a lot of wind!
