I have a big windshield and it is crack on one side. Does anyone know what will fix this crack? New windshield is not an option.

Even fixed it will probably flex more then before and crack again; but at the end of the crack drill a hole (1/4" dia or so) [this will keep the crack from getting any longer] and then for the length of the crack drill holes on both sides of the crack. (Big enough to get a zip tie thru) about every 3/4-1" and use zip ties to hold together. It will work, probably for a long time if you don't run really high speeds. I have done it before on older sleds that for some reason liked to be track side up more then down.

It is a 2006 Polaris FST. The windshieldv has mirrors on both sides, the crack is on the right side where the mirror is at.
Thanks for the input.

Duct tape it

I was on the 1st day of a trip last year and my windsheild developed a crack after hitting a branch. We taped it up and it has held up. Surprised me. It still has the tape on there after 700 miles. It looks classy too!

Best fix Ive ever found was hot glue. Usually tape one side hot glue the other then after it is set take tape off and hot glue other side. I have done this many times Ive even done winshields that were broke in half. This works suprisingly well.
