Sorry, could not find an answer by doing a search,so...If an out of state sled is not registered in Wis. But I join a Wis. club and get the Awsc number with club membership I can go to the DNR web site and enter member number and get out of state trail permit for $10.00. Correct? Or do I have to register my (Iowa) sled in Wis. and also join a club in Wis. to get a $10.00 trail .Have been told both by two different people.

It HAS to be registered in WI to get the 10$ trail pass. You need both the Reg # and AWSC number to order the $10 trail pass.

Well, thats what I was afraid of.Guess us out of state guys just still stop at machine and drop $50.Would rather give a club some money as to giving the whole $50 to the darn DNR.

As an AWSC club member I appreciate the thought. The money from your trail sticker will still go to a fund dedicated to trail maintenance which to me is the most important thing.

Please consider joining a club in the area where you do the majority of your riding. If you need help finding one, I'd be happy to assist.
