Wisconsin Reprocity

I have never traveled thru Wisconsin until this year. I was wondering what are the guidlines as to CPL/CCW laws...I am sure we are going to be stoping for food and gas so would like to know where I can and can't go. I know they (or think they do) honor Michigan permits.

Also is there a duty to inform in Wisconsin..

I would like to add that I am not really looking for "opionions" on what they should be but just actual law.

Thanks,
Doug

Most of it will be 1000ft away from schools, no carry in State/Gov't buildings or any place that displays a "No weapons" signs. And give your license to officer if you get pulled over.

I did some reading on this. Wisconsin is the same as MI. Follow the same rules for being pulled over etc as in MI and you will be fine. They are fully reciprocal.
Illinois you are allowed to carry legally in your car but not on your person. They want $$$ to have that right as a non resident to carry on person.
