WTB: used 15x121 track

figured i'd post it under here because of more traffic. soo... i need a good used 15x121 track for my 99 xc 700. looking for around 1 in. lugs. i'm in the appleton area. no studs. looking for less than 2000 miles and less than 5 yrs old.

i found the stud that ripped thru the track and poked a hole in the heat exchanger and the hole in the track extends the track window an extra inch inward so there's a hole in between 2 drive lugs. my dad thinks 1.25 is too big lol

1.25 is perfect for that sled. thats what I had on both of mine.

i'm thinking the same thing, i hate studs and to go 1 in. or less on a sled that powerful isn't right, i'd love a 1.325 cobra but i'm most likely to find a 1.25

It all depends on where you ride the most. If you ride mostly trail or in areas other than the UP, 1.25" will be plenty! When I replaced my 1.25" on my FST Classic, I went with a 1.50" and wish I had stayed with the 1.25". I've lost some top end with the 1.50" and I ride almost 100% trails with that sled.

i have the cobra track on my 98 583 i love it it's been a great track.

i might not need a track, i might be putting the track from my 500 onto my 700 but it's got 8000 miles on it and 3 missing clips
