Xp a arms

May be aftermarket arms available, There are for the 03-07 rev chassis. Running boards are part of the tunnel assembly and are not replaceable. Some parts of the footwell area are available. You should be able to straighten it out if not bent too much. Then get the reinforcement pieces from Doo or Grip-n-Rip to stregthen things up a bit. Also check the lower arm mounting locations, they are a weak spot in a collision. There are brace kits for those too. I have all these things on mine. If you have insurance, they would likely total the sled if the frame needs to be replaced. A customer of mine hit a tree with an '05, rode it out of the woods, dealer wrote a $8000 estimate to replace everything damaged with new. He did not want to claim it because of other insurance issues. I repaired it for about $1600. That was 3 years and 4000 miles ago, never had any problems, and all the damage was properly repaired. Not bragging, just saying there are alternatives if you need them.

With an xp, u probably have more damage than you realize. The truth will reveal itself when you start taking the parts off. Some sleds I have just pounded out , other sleds I have replaced everything. I have replaced the s & e modules on a xp. I agree w/jimfsr... just pound out or straighten the running boards. You might get lucky and be able to only replace the bent a arm but what happens with xp chassis's is that they buckle other components. If you can replace the damaged areas... try not to loosen the motor mounts, if you do and there is other buckled components.... you will have clutch alignment issues... That what will happen worse case senario. Unfortunately... you will only find out how bad things are when you start to take things off. The stress from the hit will start to relax and you might not be able to get the new a-arm back in. But give it a whirl. Good Luck. If you need help tearing down a s & e module replacement PM me ... I have some pics w/ number steps from last year.
