Why would you want a down grade from the current Doo 4 stroke offerings?

Bain capitol would sell in a heart beat if the price was right . I don't think the family holds enough stock to prevent it from happening if they wanted.

Why?... Yamaha has 2s injected tech for outboards so highly unlikely....don't need it at all & have brand new lite weight 4s outboard line up. BRP marine products have been for sale for many years ...no takers.

Dont know the why. Maybe just eliminating the competition. Heard it from an OMC retiree so I kind of figured his info holds a bit more water than the usual facebook/barroom rumor.

Naw never happend that way ....waste of money. If Yamaha thought that way they would buy everything no more BRP bye bye. Yamaha doing fine with their outboard line up some of the finest engines out there.
