Yamaha Kodiak ATV - Slight misfire

My 2006 Kodiak has a slight mis at low speeds. As soon as I speed up there is a slight hesitation and then the mis goes away. I changed out the plug (old one looked a little carboned up, but not bad) with no improvement. Is the next step to take the carb apart and clean it up?

Run some fuel system cleaner thru the tank first, might not have to take the carb apart. Its good stuff.
