yamaha need to go slow

07 Yamaha 2 up 4st
my bud has yammi he wants to go slower .he lives on a old small ski hill and grooms the runs and a xc ski trail and a sliding hill. he uses the sled to groom and yank kids back up the hill.
he uses the atv to pull drag more than sled but atv cant get up the big hills and the yammi is a bit to fast at its slowest to groom with out jumping the drag to much.
what extra big secondary would u look for in a yammi?

I think you would start by changing the gearing but to what I have no idea! I think it would be a pretty radical change!

Is he in a position that he could trade it or sell it and by a VK Professional? They have a two speed gearbox on them plus a wider and longer track than a two up. They make perfect sleds to pull a groomer. Tough as nails too.
